SHIPPING and RETURNS

We offer several shipping and handling choices based on your order destination and the speed of delivery needed.  All delivery times are estimates based upon our prior packages shipped, and based on the correct shipping addresses being provided to us, no delivery restrictions (ie locked gates, dog issues, security, etc.) and no significant-storm weather delays either in package origination, transit or at the final destination.  Please see the chart and notes below for further specific shipping information.

Additional Shipping Information:

For ALL delivery services:

·         Most all items listed as choices on-line are in stock, however very occasionally we do run out of an item and we cannot ship out immediately.  If we are out of an item on your order, we will EMAIL you regarding this to get your instructions as to how to proceed.  If the outage is a very small part of your order we will likely ship the other items out and notify you of the omission, and email you the revised receipt.

·         Estimated transit times are based upon us being provided the correct, full, and valid shipping address.  Incorrect and incomplete address information may result in shipping delays or the package being returned to us.

·         Attempted deliveries, with no one home, or the business closed, dog issues, gates, etc. may occur if there is not a place large enough for your package, or a place out of the weather, or in a secure location, etc.  We cannot control these infrequent attempted deliveries – they are at the discretion of the individual delivery person.  These attempted deliveries will delay the delivery of your item.  If delivery time is important to you, please only provide us with a delivery address which will likely not cause you a delay.

·         We will attempt, if possible, to ship packages out the same day even if the order is received after the stated cutoff for that business day.

·          Significant weather problems in transit, or at the delivery location, may result in a delay of your order.  Likewise there will be a delay if there is a transportation strike, transportation disruption, etc.

·         We will email you the shipping confirmation / tracking information for your package.  If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder for it, and/or verify that the email address you provided to us is correct.  Email us to send you an additional copy, or to correct your email address if necessary. 

·         Please check the emailed order tracking if your package does not arrived in the given time frame.  If an attempted delivery is made, a note will be left for you and you will need to take action to receive your package.

·         A certain few products will require a signature at delivery and these items are identified in the description for each item.  We also occasionally require a signature for large orders, certain delivery areas, or if you request this service.

·         If your order is returned to us for credit or exchange, we do not refund the shipping charge unless we sent a defective or the wrong item to you.

·         Orders paid by personal or business check will not ship out until the check has cleared.

For STANDARD delivery:  

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is to the lower 48 USA States only (Excludes HI, AK, APO, FPO, and USA possesions)

·         We use a variety of carriers and services to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe.  This determination is based on the size, weight, and distance of the order.  If you cannot receive a certain carrier or service at your delivery location, email us IMMEDIATELY after placing your order.

·         P.O. Boxes are fine for delivery.

For USPS PRIORITY MAIL:

·         Priority Mail to the lower 48 states averages 2 to 3 days transit time and some few packages take 4 days.  Very occasionally packages take longer than 4 days and this is most often due to incorrect / incomplete addresses being provided to us, or an attempted delivery being made within the time range, but the package not left, resulting in a delay.

·         Priority Mail to HI, AK, APO, FPO, and US territories will take a minimum of 4 days and to some remote locations can take up to a few weeks – you likely know how long Priority Mail takes to reach your specific location from the continental USA.

·         USPS Priority Mail will NOT transit, or deliver on Sundays, or the holidays listed for Priority Mail.  If a Priority Mail holiday occurs on the day of transit, in between, or on the normal delivery day, the package will instead be delivered a day later than if there was no holiday.

·         P.O. Boxes are fine for delivery.

FOR FED EX:

·         Fed Ex will NOT pick-up, transit, or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or the holidays listed for Fed EX.  Thus, for example, a 2 business day fed ex package going out on Friday is received on Tuesday. If a Fed Ex holiday occurs in between, or on the normal delivery day, the package will instead be delivered a day later.

·         Fed Ex cannot delivery to P.O. Boxes.

·         There are a very few remote locations where Fed Ex will not deliver to, or will deliver with an extra day.  We will notify you if this is the case, and if the price is reduced we will notify you and charge you the lower cost. In most cases however, the remote location delay will not result in a lower cost – this is because of the extra time and cost it takes to deliver to remote locations.

·         Fed Ex typically delivers to business locations earlier in the day than residences – you may wish to consider using a business address to receive earlier in the day.  At the extreme, Fed ex will typically deliver by the end of the business day to business locations (ie 5:00 PM local time) or by 7:00 PM local time to residences.  Most packages however are usually received much earlier – typically by early to mid afternoon to both locations.

RETURNS - WRONG ITEM / DEFECTIVE:

·         Please FIRST email us in the rare event something arrives like this so we can respond very quickly to you! 

RETURNS – SIZE EXCHANGE / CREDIT

·         No pre-authorization is needed to send new / unused merchandise back for a size exchange, credit, etc.  Please just include a simple note in the package with your instructions and mail the package postal to: FlightlineAmerica.com; P.O. Box 493; Lake Oswego, OR. 97034.  Any credit will be applied to the same payment method as originally used.
