process and ship your order. We do NOT
sell, trade, rent-out, give-away or in any other way compromise
the information you provide to us.

We do NOT send
out spam. With each on-line order we immediately email you a
receipt, and we email you a shipping confirmation on the day of
shipping. If there are any questions or inventory outages on your order we
will use email to contact you.

We NEVER ask
for personal or financial information in emails. Do NOT ever respond
to any such email - it is NOT from us, regardless of what the
return address says on the email. (Email addresses can easily be
faked or 'spoofed')

Our website is thoroughly tested for
security by McAfee Security, and orders are
processed on a secure SSL server.

We do NOT keep
bank card information stored on any of our computers. We never
see the full bank card number from on-line sales - it remains
encrypted even to us.

We do NOT send
out credit card numbers in the packages or via email. We include a packing list and several ways to reach us in case you need to!
E-mail us if you need another copy of your emailed receipt - we
do not include financial information in the order.

the secure on-line catalog, FAX, mail, or we can call you! (We cannot process any card information emailed to us in error by you, so do not do so.)
